I am a  mostly-retired, over 60-year-old.  I often travel alone.  I am also very open to house/pet sitting.  I have a listing on trustedhousesitters.com and rover.com with references. 

I seem to enjoy everywhere I go.  I like meeting new people and experiencing different cultures.  

For longer swaps (which I prefer), I sometimes will invite a friend for part of the time. 

I've done several long and short-term house-swaps and I just love the entire concept!  I'm planning to stay somewhere warm in the winters.  I live in Florida but I want to go warmer!  I am also trying a aprender espanol, so Spain, Central and South America appeals to me.  

I love shorter exchanges within eight hours of Port Charlotte.

I always leave the house cleaner than when I came.  I will be very careful with your home.
