I am looking to exchange my home in Haarlem (The Netherlands) for a place with a maximum of 2 hours time zone difference. Big preference for any places near the ocean.

About me; Although my FB profile picture has a party vibe to it, I'm actually a pretty calm and relaxed 40-year-old who loves nature, cooking and surfing. I grew up with cats, pigeons, horses, chickens, and a dog.

At this moment I live in the city center and work fulltime, so unfortunately a pet is not an option. Therefore, I would not mind at all to take care of your pets, if you have any.My 1 bedroom apartment in Haarlem is located in the city center, lots of museums and cozy restaurants.

By train you are in Amsterdam in 15 min and by bike you are on the beach in 20 min. The apartment is suitable for 1 person or a couple.There is no balcony, smoking inside is not allowed, but you can use the common courtyard garden.

A swap between September 12 - 23 is possible + Ideally, I would like to work remotely in December & January, but also open to discuss other dates.
