We want to offer our villa in Sierra Blanca Country Club, Marbella (Spain) in August in exchange for a place located in Barcelona / PortAventura.

The villa is located on a plot of 300m².
It is a 2-storey villa with an area of ​​150m² that offers: a large bright living room with a cozy fireplace lounge and dining area; 3 bedrooms presented in different styles, 2 bathrooms, and a traditional style fully equipped kitchen. In addition, a private swimming pool, terrace with BBQ area, air conditioning system, insulated glazing windows, marble cream floors, a large monumental wall made from natural stone, and traditional Mediterranean patio stone paving, parking for 2 cars.
 
Sierra Blanca Country Club is a closed, private, luxury residence with 24-hour security and strict access control, located above the artificial lake-reservoir La Concepción, between the resort of Marbella and the mountain village of Istan (Istán), about 10 km from Puerto Banus.

Ideal for a family of 4-5 people.

Conditions - we will accommodate you in August (dates below), and you will be able to provide your accommodation during the same time frame.

Exchange - we are interested in a residence in Barcelona/ Port Aventura, from August 23-28; 5 nights, 4 days.
