Hurghada apt 350 metres from beach90 metres square

(property located in Hurghada, not "EL GOUNA")  Very good WE Egypt Telecom WiFi internet speed (up to 70 MBPS)...New One bedroom 90 metres square apartment, located 350 metres from the beach on the Red Sea, where there is also a cafe/bar on the beach to have coffee, drinks, food etc. 
The apartment Complex is next to the Hurghada New Marina. Coldest month of the year is January, where the high temperature is 21 degrees Celsius. Apartment has a full kitchen, all kitchen utensils and washing machine and the complex has a communal swimming pool.  Sofa bed in lounge becomes a Queen size bed.
Sheraton Road with all the shops and the supermarket is 4 minutes walk away.  Hurghada airport is 15 mins drive away. 
Uber is available in Hurghada, Egypt.  This is my secondary Vacation home, I normally live in Auckland, New Zealand.
