3Bedroom Apartment with Garden at the Center of Leuven, Belgium

The apartment has a spacious and airy living area that gets a lot of sunlight. We have a vast collection of boardgames and card games (most of which are in English). We also have a lot of English books. For the musically inclined, we have a piano and an electronic keyboard.  Our kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, gas stove, gas oven, electric over, panini press, airfryer, microwave, electric water boiler, electric milk frother, french press, etc. There is a washer and dryer. 

Bedroom 1 = King bed (180x200)

Bedroom 2 = Queen bed (140 x 200)

Bedroom 3 = 1 single bed and fold out bed 

We have a private garden where you can play football and pingpong. 

But the key selling point to our place is that you cannot be anywhere nearer to the center of the city than this.

The house has 2 floors with with stairs. You can use all the 3 bedrooms of the house. We have 1 kid's bike, 1 for teenager and 1 for adult. We have 2 kids' kick scooter and 1 adult kick scooter. All free to use.
