Paradise

Our house is located in Northern Portugal ,district of Montalegre.

It’s located 9 kms from the district, 90km the City of Braga,  35km from Chaves,  15km to the Spanish border ,  12km from  Vilar de

Perdizes (famous village , known for the mistical events , popular medicines etc.),

10km to the Natural Park of  Gerês and

200meters to the water dam  Alto Rabagão.

The region is known for it's exelent smocked meets,. and meet breeding

( barrosã- animails raised / fed naturally  in the  mountains ).
Best vegetables and fruits are famous form this region (chestnuts + patatos + cabbages "couves" and "pranta")

. The village is crossed by  via XVII , that conected  Bracara Augusta to Aqua Flaviae.

And the entire region, is  proper for all  aquatic activities ; fishing,

hunting , cicloturism and  pedestrial paths (inside and outside of the natural parque

of the Gerês . Breath taking natural landscapes . Ancestrail customes

Unique landscape - polution free

Summers here are tempered and winters are cold.

 The house it's self has an  implantation area  of 116m2 (232m2 of private  area),

On the ground floor :  (a big open saloon with aprox. 100 m2 with a kitchen

and a bathroom ) The upper floor  consistes of 1 bathroom + 2 bed-rooms and

and a balcony of  20m2

This is considered a pretected area to the ecological dam , and landscape !
