Cancun Casa

Our house in Cancun (Riviera Maya) has everything close. The beach is a 20 to 60 minute drive, depending on where you choose to travel. Soriana Supermarket La Luna Avenue and Gran Plaza Cancun with a Walmart and many other stores is a 5 minute walk. Las Plazas Outlet Cancun is a 15 minute walk. Bus ride to Plaza Las Americas Mall and to Puerto Cancun Marina Town Centre Mall. Many other places of interest nearby. Rent a car to access all local spots or take a taxi. It is a 1 hour drive to Playa del Carmen and 2 hours to Tulum, traffic conditions vary. Use the house as a base to go on tours or to various beach resorts.

The house has three floors. Guests have full access to the first floor, the second floor and the backyard area. The third floor is our bedroom and is video monitored for security. Enter the house using a lockbox at the front door.

We are in Cancun to guide you from December to end of March.

We will need to go through the 2nd floor to access the first floor.

Kitchen has everything you need to prepare your meals. Backyard has furniture and lighting. Four Bedrooms on the 2nd floor with one king bed (two single beds pushed together), one queen bed, one matrimonial bed, one twin bed and one single bed on the 1st floor. Bedroom #1 has a private bathroom with shower. Bedroom #3 has a Smart TV. 2nd flooor has a 3 piece bathroom with shower that is shared with other bedrooms and the 1st floor has a 2 piece bathroom. All bedrooms have individually controlled air conditioners and cailing fans. I will be placing a Smart TV in the living room and bedroom #1 in December 2024.
