We are in the heart of Canada's largest city in an unbeatable location. Walk from Union Station, where you can catch the train to the Airport, Niagara Falls or Montreal.

You will love baked goods downstairs at St. Lawrence Market, the Historical Distillery District, Sharks at Ripley's Aquarium, the CN Tower edge walk, Seeing the achievements at the Hockey Hall of Fame, World class Mirvish Shows (plays and musicals), Skyline views from Toronto Island (walk to the ferry), Dinosaurs at the Royal Ontario Museum,  Exploring Casa Loma's gardens and Stables, High Park for Cherry Blossom season, Be walking distance to arenas to watch Major sports teams play like the Toronto Maple Leafs, Toronto Raptors or Toronto Blue Jays, Or catch a Concert and be back home in 15 minutes or less.

See Toronto's Premier art collection at the Art Gallery of Ontario(AGO), get a picture with the Toronto Sign at Nathan Phillips Sq, take a 4 min walk to the Berczy Park Dog Fountain for another photo opportunity and end your day walking along the Toronto waterfront where there is always something happening.

We ensure adequate cleaning time with all of our reciprocal exchanges to fully clean your place including, washing and drying all bedding when a washer and dryer is available. We make sure that your home is ready for your return, or the next guest. We expect the same for reciprocal exchanges unless something else has been negotiated.

We understand that not everyone has this time or desire to clean on their final day so we have our cleaner available should exchange partners prefer to hire them. We need our place cleaned after your stay. We do not have the option to do that ourselves as we are out of the country.

No matter the arrangement we do have a cost per exchange for the unit to be checked for damage and pictures taken before and after each stay. We take on this cost no matter the exchange.

The pool is an outdoor pool and It’s opening hours are at the discretion of building management.

If you have trouble finding something, please reach out, this space is designed to hide things to make the space appear larger. The table, beds, towels and other necessities are often hidden to those not use to this set up. Please ask.

Parking is $15 a night in the building or $30 at the lot across the street. On site parking must be booked in advance for the entire length of your stay.

The welcome package will be sent to you before your stay explaining the arrival process. Please make sure to read the entire package thoroughly. Upon your review of the welcome package please reach out with any other questions. Please notify us of your expected arrival and departure times. Communication is paramount and doesn’t work unless both parties are committed. Let’s make this a great experience for all involved.

Please be advised; this property is regularly used as a film location for TV shows such as The Umbrella Academy, The Boys, the Handmaidens Tail and more. As such interruptions to entry points, crews in areas and short notice filming plans should be anticipated.

As it is is extremely important that all guests have fully read our description, only requests with the word "Buddy" quoted in their request will be considered.
 
2 week stays or longer will hold preference.
Non simultaneous exchanges are possible and preferred. We are not available for direct exchanges until after Mid December 2023.

For reciprocal exchanges we prefer locations to be in walking or biking distance from sites. We have a great walk score and would appreciate properties with the same. Homes with vehicle exchanges and lower walk scores will still be considered. Exchanges do not have to be simultaneous. We would love California, USA for December 2023 - January 2024.

Then we will start our planning for our March exchange/s in Washington State and our April, May, and June exchange/s in Western Canada. All 2024

June, July and August 2024 we are hoping for long term in Iceland. Looking to be close to sites, hopefully with access to an automatic vehicle, and hiking with amazing views.
