Beautiful city apartment in Tübingen

I have a beautiful, modern 3 bedroom apartment with one bathroom (bathtub incl. shower, washing machine). The apartment has an extra guest toilette and 2 balconies (one on the eastside, all day sun in the summer).

The Living room is the biggest room of the apartment with a dining area and kitchen (incl. dishwasher) that has a Smart TV. Masterbedroom and office/guestrrom are connected by a common balcony that faces the street.

The masterbedroom has a 1.60x2.00 double bed and a cloth rack. Guestroom/office is equipped with a corner desk and an external desktop. There is a dresser and a guestcouch that can be pulled out to a double bed.

There is Wifi in the whole flat. The apartment is on the first floor, which is nice because it stays cold in the summer.
