Translate I have a beautiful, modern 3 bedroom apartment with one bathroom (bathtub incl. shower, washing machine). The apartment has an extra guest toilette and 2 balconies (one on the eastside, all day sun in the summer). The Living room is the biggest room of the apartment with a dining area and kitchen (incl. dishwasher) that has a Smart TV. Masterbedroom and office/guestrrom are connected by a common balcony that faces the street. The masterbedroom has a 1.60x2.00 double bed and a cloth rack. Guestroom/office is equipped with a corner desk and an external desktop. There is a dresser and a guestcouch that can be pulled out to a double bed. There is Wifi in the whole flat. The apartment is on the first floor, which is nice because it stays cold in the summer. About the neighborhood Loading... Translate Tuebingen is a beautiful, small city in the south of Germany (90.000 citizen), 20 min from Stuttgart airport. The apartment is located in a new housing area, 15 min walk from the city center, which is a very family friendly area. 3 grocery stores are within 5 min walk and buses leave from outside the house (which I never use, because city center is in walkable distance). Neighbours are friendly and the apartment is very soundproof. Other Loading...
