Residencia principal en Hamburgo

Our flat is right in the centre of Ottensen next to a big shopping mall (Mercado). Elbe is a 15 min. walk and Volkspark is reachable by bus in 10-15 min. Altona train station is only a 3 min walk and is connected very well to the whole city (Hbf by S-Bahn in 12 min).
In our house there are only 2 other parties which are very nice people and on the left snd right to our house there are 2 Cafes. Our appartement is on the 1st floor. Beneath there is a shop of an internet provider, hence we have very fast and reliable internet connection.
The flat itself is 69m2. It has a huge balcony to the backyard which is very quiet. To the front there is a street with little car traffic. On the weekends it is sometimes a bit louder because it is a vibrant going out part of the city but it’s never really bad.
To the front we have the bedroom with a working space included. In the living room we have the couch area and also a working space with a electric stand-up desk. Both working spaces have monitors. We needed that for homeoffice purposes in the pandemic, so if you have to work from home it’s optimal.
The house is pretty new (Neubau), meaning you don’t hear any noises from the neighbors. Windows are also new and thick. Also it’s pretty modern (unless most houses in the area) with a nice wooden floor and floor heating. We have a bathtub/shower combination, lots of mirrors and a really cool kitchen with new devices (dish-washer, fridge, Vitamix, Steamer, Instant Pot etc.). We also have a small room with a washing machine + dryer and room to store food and clothes.
